初生金仓鼠蜗管发育的组织学观察

摘要 目的 建立一种可用于研究先天性耳聋的动物模型。方法 将出生后第一天和第五天的金仓鼠处死后 ,制作其耳蜗组织切片 ,进行观察分析。结果 金仓鼠出生后第一天 ,其耳蜗顶周所处的发育阶段可以和人耳在第 2月初胎龄时发育阶段相比 ,其底周则可和人第 2月末胎龄时相比 ,生后第五天的蜗管发育则相当于人耳蜗在整个第 3月胎龄的发育。结论 对出生后第一天的金仓鼠施加有害因素的影响 ,可能有助于对整个 2月胎龄的人耳蜗管发育阶段损害的病理和电生理的分析。 Objective To establish an animal model for using on the study of congenital impaired hearing. Methods The cochlea of the syrian hamster was histologically analyzed at the 1st and 5th postnatal day. Results In the moment of the birth the cochlea of the Syrian hamster in the apical turn is in a developmental stage which can be compared with that of human in the begining of the 2nd embryonic month. In the basal turn the differentiation of the cochlear duct in the Syrian hamster corresponds to that of human at the end of the 2nd embryonic month. the developmental stages of the cochlear duct at the 5th day represent the whole 3rd embryonic month of human(8th to 12th week). Conclusion The influence of a noxa at the first day of live allows in an individual the pathohistological and electrophysiological analysis of the damage of the structures of the cochlear duct of all developmental stages of the cochlea in human during the whole second month of pregnancy.
