摘要
目的 :评价托美汀钠对急性牙髓炎的镇痛效果。方法 :治疗组 2 6例采用托美汀钠胶囊 2 0 0mg ,tid ,po;对照组 2 0例用吲哚美辛 2 5mg,tid ,po,疗程均为 2d,观察两组镇痛效果及不良反应。结果 :治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为 84 .5 % ,5 5 .5 % ,差异有显著性 ( χ2 =4 .890 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,不良反应发生率分别为 11.5 % ,3 0 .0 %。结论 :托美汀钠对急性牙髓炎有较好的镇痛效果 ,不良反应发生率较低。
Objective:To evaluate the analgesic effect of tolmetin sodium in acute pulpitis. Methods:46 patients with acute pulpitis were randomly divided into two groups (group A 26 patients and group B 20 patients). The patients in group A took tolmetin sodium capsules (200 mg, t.i.d, p.o) while those of group B were given indomethacin (25 mg, t.i.d, p.o). The clinical analgesic effects and adverse seactions of both remedies were kept under observation. Results:The overall effective rates of group A and group B were 84.5% and 55.5%, respectively, The difference being significant(χ 2=4.890, P<0.05). The incidences of adverse reactions were 11.5% (in group A) and 30% (in group B),respectively. Conclusion: Tolmetin sodium has a better analgesic effect and less adverse reactions in the treatment of acute pulpitis.
