摘要
为解决柠檬醛直接与无水甲醇缩合反应过程中的分水难题,研究了自吸水酸复合载体(Ph-SO3H/CuSO4·Na2SO4·CaSO4)催化合成柠檬醛二甲缩醛新方法,获得了最佳反应条件: 投料比n (柠檬醛): n (无水甲醇): n (苯磺酸)=1:7.5:0.0 024,控制反应温度75~80 ℃,反应时间1.5 h. 在该优化条件下,二甲缩醛收率达87%,并用红外光谱对产品进行结构表征和气相色谱定量,产品纯度可达97 %.
The new method for catalytic synthesis of citral dimethyl acetal from composite supported acid(ph-SO3H/CuSO4·Na2SO4·CaSO4) of absorb water by itself is studied,and to solve the difficult problem of separated water in condensation reaction from citra and methnol.Optiimal process conditions for the reaction include malar ratio n(C10H16O): n(CH3OH): n(Ph-SO3H)=1:7.5:0.0024,reaction temperature 75~80℃,the reaction time was 1.5h. Under such conditions the yield is 87%. The product structure had analysed by IR, and the content had determined by GC.The product purity can reach 97% .
