摘要
介绍了珠光颜料的研究方法 ,分析了珠光颜料所使用的基质材料的研究趋向 ,对锂云母和白云母合成钛珠光颜料进行了对比试验 ,提出了将钨尾矿石英原料制备片状石英或用钽铌尾矿中锂云母作为珠光颜料基材的思路。在总结包膜材料研究现状的基础上 ,对采用彩色稀土氧化物来合成彩色珠光颜料进行了研究试验。
The preparation methods of pearlescent pigment was systematically intr oduced in the paper. The research trend of the substrates for pearlescent pigmen t was analyzed. The experiments of synthesizing pearlescent pigment by using lit hium-mica and mica was compared respectively. The thinking of using the flaky quartz from tungsten tailing and lithium-mica from tantalum -niobium tailing to make substrates of pearlescent was present. The experiments of adopting RE oxide to synthesize color pearlescent pigment was made on the basis of the rece nt research results of colorful pearlescent pigment.
