摘要
通过对血压和心率的测定和观察 ,探讨生理盐水和 3.0mmol/L的硫酸镁 (MgSO4 )溶液对失血性休克家兔的影响。采用股动脉放血法 ,制备家兔的失血性休克模型 ,然后 ,按 4ml/kg的剂量 ,依次注射生理盐水作为对照组和 3.0mmol/L的MgSO4 溶液组 ,通过BL - 4 10智能生物信号显示与处理系统记录血压和心率的变化。结果表明 :生理盐水对失血性休克家兔的血压和心率无明显的影响 ,而 3.0mmol/L的MgSO4 溶液对失血性休克家兔的血压和心率有作用 ,使血压升高、心率减慢 ,说明 3.0mmol/L的MgSO4
The experiment is to discover the effects of physiological saline and MgSO 4 solution on the rabbit in hemorrhagic shock by observing and measuring its heart rate and AMP. The pattern of the hemorrhagic shock rabbit was built by giving its blood off from its arterial femorlis. Then the rabbit was given an injection of physiological saline and 3.0 mmol/L MgSO 4 solution by the ear side according to 4 ml/kg of its weight each time. Changes of the heart rate and AMP are shown and recorded by BL-410 intelligence biology signal. Result: Physiological saline does not have a distinct effect on the heart rate and AMP of hemorrhagic shock rabbit,while 3.0 mmol/L magnesium sulphate does. Conclusion: 3.0 mmol/L MgSO 4 solution has certain rescuing effects on the rabbit in hemorrhagic shock.
