摘要
文章运用多体动力学中坐标转换原理 ,引入欧拉参数 ,通过建立关键点的约束方程 ,导出了主销后倾角、内倾角、车轮外倾角、前轮前束、轮距等参数随车轮上下跳动的变化规律 ,提出了一种分析双横臂独立悬架运动规律的新方法。应用所开发的软件 ,针对不同车型进行了双横臂独立悬架运动规律仿真。仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好。
By applying the principles of coordinate transfer and introducing Euler parameters, the constraint equations of key points are formulated, and the law that parameters such as caster, camber, toe in and wheel base vary with the wheel moving up and down is deduced. A new method of analyzing the motion of wishbone independent suspension is put forward. To different types of automobile, the kinematics simulation was implemented by using the code developed .The simulation results agree with the experimental data quite well.
