摘要
研究了电炉20MnSi钢筋在拉伸试验时物理屈服点消失的原因。分析了金相组织、化学成份、轧后冷速等因素对物理屈服点不明显的影响;证明这一现象是由粒状贝氏体形成而引起的。根据多元线性回归分析结果提出了能使屈服点显现率提高的化学成份范围。
The origin of disappearance of the physical yield point in reinforcing bars of the electric-furnace melted 20MnSi steel has been studied. The effects of microstructures, chemical compositions, post-rolling cooling rate and etc. on the disappearance of yield point are analyzed. It is shown that the phenomenon is induced by the formation of granular bai nite. An available chemical composition region which will be effective to increase the display of yield point during tensile test is proposed according to a multiple linear regression analysis.
