摘要
对气相中固体颗粒的受力情况进行了分析 ,并在此基础上介绍了离心转子式选粉机的结构及工作原理 ;从理论上分析了选粉机的分级机理 ,推导了切割粒径的计算公式 ;通过模型实验 ,探讨了操作参数对选粉机分级性能的影响规律。结果表明 ,该选粉机具有良好的分级性能 ,其理论分析对选粉机的设计及性能预测具有一定的指导意义。
The endured forces of the solid particle which distributed in the air were analyzed. Based on that, the structural characteristics and classifying principles of the centrifugal rotor classifier were introduced. The classifying mechanism was analyzed and calculation formula of cut size was deduced. By model tests, the influence of operation parameters on the classifier's performances was studied. The experimental results show that the classifier's performances are superior and the theoretical analysis has more significant on designing the classifier and predicting its performances.
