摘要
合成了一种新型的稀土配合物Tb(acac) 3dad ,讨论了其光致发光的性质。以其为发射层制备了结构为ITO/TPD (5 0nm ) /Tb(acac) 3dad(75nm) /PBD (5 0nm) /Al (4 0 0nm)的电致发光器件 ,该器件的启动电压为 7V ,18V时得到了最大亮度为 62cd·m- 2 ,发现器件的电致发光光谱与配合物Tb(acac) 3dad的光致发光光谱有明显不同。
A novel terbium complex, Tb(acac) 3dad, was synthesized and the photoluminescence (PL) properties were studied. An electroluminescent (EL) device with a structure of ITO/TPD (50 nm)/Tb(acac) 3dad (75 nm)/PBD (50 nm)/Al (400 nm) was fabricated. The start voltage of the device was 7 V and a maximum luminance of 62 cd·m -2 was obtained at 18 V. In addition, there are some differences between the photoluminescence and EL spectra.
