摘要
对超期服役的 Incloy80 0 H下集气管进行了宏观检查、管径测量与蠕胀分析、超声波测厚、硬度测量、金相组织分析、强度校核等得出 :蠕变损伤与高温氧化腐蚀是 Incloy80 0 H下集气管的主要损坏形式。
The microscopic inspection,tube diameter measurement,creep expanded analysis,ultrasonic thickness test,hardness test,Metallographic structure analysis and strength check etc.of Incloy 800H bottom gas maniflod,been beyond the term of service,are conducted,and find that:the main types of fracture on Incloy 800H bottom gas manifold are creep damage and high temperature oxidation corrosion.
