摘要
采用强酸催化脲醛反应中低温合成工艺 ,在保证UF强度的前提下 ,通过分批加入尿素 ,控制甲醛与尿素的低物质的量比 (1 4∶1) ,合成了低游离醛 (<0 3% )
UF resin with lower content(<0 3%)of free formaldehyde was obtained.By the catalytic techniques of strong acidic acid at mild temperature.The reaction was carried in the lower molar ratio of formaldehyde and urea(1 4∶1)and urea was added in three times.
