摘要
用聚乙烯醇 (PVA)、醋酸纤维素 (CA)、冰醋酸、水为制膜原料 ,用相转化制备了PVA CA共混超滤膜。在一定范围内研究了不同膜液组成对超滤膜性能的影响 ,得到了较佳的膜液配方。制备的PVA CA共混超滤膜在操作压力 0 30MPa下 ,处理质量浓度为 1 0 0 0mg/L的水油型模拟含油乳化液 ,其渗透速率约 40L/ (m2 ·h2 ) ,除油率可达 90 %以上 。
The PVA-CA blend ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by phase inversion from the casting solution consisting of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA), cellulose acetate(CA), acetic acid and water. The effects on the properties of membranes from different components were studied, and the optimal constituents of membrane solution were obtained. The PVA-CA blend ultrafiltration membrane was used to treat 1000 mg/L oil/water simulation emulsions at pressure of 0.30 MPa, the permeation volume flux was about 40 L/(m2·h2), and the rejection rate of oil was more than 90%. The results also showed this membrane had better resistance to water and less swelling than the unmodified membranes.
