摘要 本文描述了水体中氰戊菊酯残留量的检测方法。水中氰戊菊酯最低检出浓度为0.3PPb,土壤和沉积物中为3ppb,鱼和水生植物中为3ppb。在1,0.1,0.01和0.006ppm添加浓度下,水中氰戊菊酯回收率分别为88.2±4.85%,96.5±10.93%,102.3±8.34%和86.5±5.92%。在1,0.1和0.01ppm添加浓度下,鱼体中的回收率分别为87.0±9.99%,89.1±8.26%和92.2±30.06%;土壤和沉积物中的回收率分别为105.0±5.51%,95.0±11.40%和82.1±10.73%;水生植物中的回收率分别为86.6±10.00%,87.0±11.55%和99.8±49.25%。 This paper describes a GLC procedure for determining Fenvalerate residue in samples from aqueous bodies. The samples containing Fenvalerate residues were extracted on a shaker using acetone-petroleum ether. The extractions were concentrated and cleaned up on Florisil columns. Following the concentration, the Fenvalerate residues were quantitated by peak area, using external standards. The detection limits for Fenvalerate in water, soil or sediment, fish, aquatic vegetation were 0.3, 3, 3 and 3 ppb, respectively. For the treatments with concentration at 1 ppm, 0.1 ppm, 0.01 ppm and 0.006 ppm levels, the recoveries of Fenvalerate were 88.2±4.85%, 96.5±10.93%, 102.3±8.34% and 86.5±5.92% for water, respectively.For the treatments with concentration at 1 ppm, 0.1 ppm and 0.01 ppm levels, the recoveries of Fenvalerate were 87.0±9.99%, 89.1±8.26% and 92.2±30.06% for fish; 105.0±5.51%, 95.0±11.4% and 82.1±10.78% for soil or sediment; 86.6±10.00%, 87.0±11.55% and 99.8±49.25% for aquatic vegetation; respectively.
