本文从分析上市公司利润分配的内容出发 ,阐释上市公司利润分配法律制度的价值 ,介绍我国上市公司利润分配法律制度的概况 ,最后 。
By analyzing the practice of profits distribution in the listed firms,this article makes a general introduction of the profits distribution laws and systems in the listed firms in our country and interprets the value of the laws.Furthermore,it also puts forward suggestions as to how to perfect the profits distribution laws in the listed firms in our country.
