摘要
针对国产 YT型水轮机调速器在运行中存在的问题,在技术改造中,保留原调速器的辅助接力器、主配压阀和供油系统,仅对调速器的辅助接力器及主配压阀以上部分进行改造.应用西安理工大学研制的基于可编程计算机控制器(PCC)的微机调节器和步进式引导阀两项科研成果,使调速器技术改造得以用最小的投资跨入现代先进水平.
: According to the problem existed in the operation for the YT-type hydraulic governor of water turbine, the servomotor, main distributing valve as well as oil pressure supply system have been retained in the technical improvement. And programmable computer controller regulator and step-by-step pilot relay valve are used, which is based on the research achievements of Xi'an University of Technology. Thereby, the properties of improved hydraulic governor have reached the advanced level with the low cost.
