沙颍河流量和水质对淮河污染的影响 被引量:26

摘要 沙颍河是淮河最大的一级支流 ,其废污水量和CODCr的排放量分别占淮河干流的 4 0 %以上。1989年以来 ,淮河干流共发生 5次较大的污染 ,都与沙颍河有关。针对这 5次污染情况 ,对沙颍河污水入淮前后水量、水质进行综合分析 ,说明污染发生的原因 ,找出沙颍河对淮河形成污染的时间规律 ,流量与水质的对比关系 ,以便于调整淮河与沙颍河水闸防污调控试行方案 ,防止淮河发生突发性污染。 The Shayinghe River is the largest tributary of the Huaihe River. Its discharge of wastewater and that of COD Cr account for more than 40% respectively of the total pollutants received by the mainstream of the Huaihe River. Since 1989,five serious pollution accidents have occured in the Huaihe River Basin, all of which are related to the Shayinghe River. Based on the comprehensive analysis of water quality and quantity before and after the discharge of wastewater from the Shayinghe River to the Huaihe River for the five pollution accidents, the causes of the pollution accidents are explained, the regularity of the Huaihe River pollution caused by the Shayinghe River is found out and the relationship between the Huaihe River pollution and water quantity and water quality is shown. The results may help adjust the operation of water gates on the Shayinghe River and the Huaihe River to prevent pollution accidents in the Huaihe River.
