摘要
液体火箭发动机中 ,喷管收扩段是一个关键零件 ,数控加工工艺方法和程序编制方法非常复杂 ,国内外均在该方面有所研究。本文简述了喷管收扩段的数控加工工艺和程序编制方法以及在程序编制过程中建立的数学模型 。
The nozzle convergent divergent section is a key part in liquid rocket motor.It is very complicated to manufacture it.Based on the part machining,some works had been done and have been researching by many professional persons in domestic and abroad.The technology of numerical control machining and the math's models designed in the process of programming about the part is briefly introduced.This is a successful case of make the part by general numerical control machining center.
