摘要
开发了异构化和烷基化反应联合生产高纯 1,3,5 -三甲苯联产 1,2 ,4,5 -四甲苯的新工艺 ,确定了异构化和烷基化反应的最佳工艺条件 .主要研究了三甲苯异构化的初始反应速率、化学反应平衡和烷基化反应对甲乙苯的消除作用 ,在此基础上 ,提出了以混合芳烃为原料进行异构化和烷基化反应联合运行法生产 1,3,5 -三甲苯联产 1,2 ,4,5 -四甲苯的新工艺 .此工艺已实现了 1,3,5 -三甲苯 6 0 0 t/年的工业化生产 ,产品纯度为 98.5 % ,效益显著 .
A new technique-'A combination of isomerization and alkylation to produce high pureity mesitylene and durene'is proposed. The optimum reaction conditions of isomerization and alkylation are determined; the reactive equilibrium of isomerization and the eliminating action of alkylation on the accumulation of metylethylbenzene are studied chiefly. As a result, a novel process integrating isomerization and alkylation is developed with mixed aromatic hydrocarbon as raw matetial. Moreover the reactive mechanism of isomerization is discussed. Using this combination technology, the mesitylene of 600 t/y has been produced with a purity of 98.5%,large profits can be brongt about.
