摘要
介绍了催化裂化装置上同时多产液化气和柴油工艺技术(MCD技术)在福建炼油化工有限公司的工业应用。应用结果表明:MCD技术与装置改造前相比,液化气产率可提高1~3个百分点,柴油产率提高3~6个百分点,(液化气+柴油+汽油)产率相当,柴汽比提高到0.98以上;汽油的辛烷值有所提高,汽油的烯烃含量明显降低;并且可以灵活调整生产方案,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Commercial application results of MGD technology in the FCCU of Fujian Refinery Petrochemiocal Company are presented. The results showed that in comparison with original FCC operation, the LPG and the LCO yields could be increased by 1-3 percentages and 3-6 percentages respectively; the total yield of LPG plus LCO plus naphtha kept unchanged; the LCO to naphtha ratio was increased to 0.98; the olefin content in naphtha was decreased; and the naphtha RON and MON were enhanced simultaneously.Furthermore, the production scheme could by flexibly adjusted, and obvious economic and social benefit was achieved.
