摘要
对30只家兔以不同速度与幅度缓慢延长小腿,通过电生理测定与组织超微结构观察,研究胫神经功能和组织形态学改变。结果表明:以每天1mm 速度延长兔小腿时,未引起神经功能及结构损害;以每天2mm 速度延长,肢体延长率在40%以内也是安全的;若超过这一限度,或以每天3mm 速度延长肢体,神经将发生明显功能和形态损害。神经传导速度可作为监测神经损伤的可靠指标。
The tibia bones of 30 rabbits were stretched in different rates and ranges with a self(?)
made distractor.Histomorphological and functional changes of tibial nerves during 10—90
days leg lengthening were studied with light and electron microscopy,and combined
angiography of nutrition vessels and electrophysiology.The results demonstrated that when
lengthening at the rate of 1mm/day,there were no funtional and structural injuries of nerve
seen.Lengthening at the rate of 2mm/day within 40% of the limb length was safe,
otherwise severe nerve damages appeared.Nerve conduction velocity is of help in the
surveillance of nerve stretching injury.
