摘要
利用三苯基氯化锡和2,6-吡啶二甲酸在三乙胺存在下以1:1摩尔比反应,合成了离子型有机锡化合物{[ph2Sn]2[2,6-Py(Co2)]3H2O}2-[HNEt3]2+.通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征.用X射线单晶衍射测定了该化合物的晶体结构.化合物为单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=1.7073(7)nm,b=1.7447(7)nm,c=2.4333(10)nm,β=109.694(7)°,Z=4,V=6.824(5)nm3,Dc=1.282g/cm3,μ=0.793mm-1,F(000)=2696,R1=0.0563,WR2=0.1539.化合物中两个锡原子呈七配位畸变五角双锥构型.生物活性测试结果表明,该化合物具有较强的体外抗肿瘤活性.
A novel ionic organotin compound {[Ph2Sn]2[2,6-Py(CO2)]3H2O}2 [HNEt3]2+ was synthesized by the reaction of Ph3SnCl with 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid in 1:1 molar ratio in the presence of an organic base Et3N. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group P21 / n , a = 1.7073(7) nm, b = 1.7447(7) nm, c=2.4333(10) nm,β= 109.694(7)°, Z=4, V = 6.824(5) nm3, Dc= 1.282 g/cm3, μ= 0.793 mm-1, F(000) = 2696, R1 = 0.0563, WR2 = 0. 1539. In the crystal structure of the compound, the tin atoms are seven-coordinated in a distorted pengonal bipyramidal geometry. The compound was tested in vitro against human tumour cell lines, MCF-7 and WiDr, and displayed high activity.
