摘要
对某一车型的变排量压缩机汽车空调系统进行了研究,介绍了该热力膨胀阀静态过热度设定值、静态过热度特性曲线、增益及滞环以及感温包时间常数的测试方法和测试结果,并对试验数据进行了分析。从测试结果可以看出,其静态过热度设定值为负值,这样既可以提高对压缩机的冷却效果、提高压缩机的润滑效果,也可降低压缩机排气温度。
Study on the air - condition system with a changeable displacement compressor of one vehicle has beencarried out. Test method and test result on static overheating preset value, static overheating characteristic curve, gain, hys-teresis loop, and time constant of temperature sensing unit of the thermo - expansion valve are introduced. Test data have beenanalyzed. It is shown by test result that its static overheating preset value is negative, which not only improves cooling effi-ciency and lubricating efficiency of compressor, but also reduces exhaust temperatrue of compressor.
