摘要
顾客满意指数成为传统经济指标的一个重要补充。研究了构建顾客满意指数体系的原则和方法 ,提出了 5个层次的体系结构 。
Customer satisfaction index is coming to be a important supplement for traditional economic indicators. This paper performed a research on the principles and methods of founding Shanghai customer satisfaction index, and brought forward a framework including five levels, it also researched the methods to select objects and merger indices in detail.
