摘要
研究了油基金刚石悬浮液用作磁头抛光材料的抛光性能 ,用原子力显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察了磁头抛光后的表面。结果表明 ,纳米金刚石是一种理想的抛光材料 ,用于超高精度表面加工 ,其表面抛光质量要明显优于单用国外同类金刚石悬浮液抛光磁头的质量 ,纳米颗粒的作用十分明显 。
Lapping properties of nanoscale diamond slurry in oil for lapping magnetic head were studied. The lapped surface of magnetic hea& was observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) . These results showed that nanoscale diamond is an excellent abrasive for lapping magnetic head in super high precision surface processing, and fhe lappingquality of surface is superior to that of surf ace lapped En is Corporation Hyprez diamond slurry made in USA. There ore t e function of nanoscale particle is very obvious in lapping. It was verified that the nanometer materials could be used as super precision abrasives.
