摘要
目的 :寻找具有免疫抑制作用的雷公藤水溶性部位。方法 :以 BAL B/ c小鼠脾脏淋巴细胞为研究对象 ,用有丝分裂原刀豆蛋白 A(Con A)活化淋巴细胞 ,采用噻唑盐 (MTT)实验方法 ,体外检测雷公藤水溶性提取物对淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。在该免疫药理实验追踪下 ,导向分离具有免疫抑制作用的雷公藤水溶性部位。结果 :雷公藤具有免疫抑制作用的水溶性部位是 IA部分以及进一步分离得到的 IAa、IAb、IAc、IAe、IAf、IAk和 IAl。结论
Objective:To search for watersoluble immunosuppressive position in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.(雷公藤).Methods:Spleen cells of BALB/c mice were stimulated by mitogen concannavalin A(ConA),and proliferation of lymphocytes were measured with tetrazolium salts(MTT) in vitro.With such immunopharmacological experiment,watersoluble immunosuppressive position of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.directively were separated .Results:Watersoluble immunosuppressive position in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.were IA and IAa?IAb?IAc?IAe?IAk and IAl which are separated from IA.Conclusions:There are active components of strong immunosuppressive reaction in watersoluble position of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.
