摘要
目的 了解长期接触低浓度氟对作业工人机体的影响。方法 对73名氟油作业工人的健康状况进行调查。结果 发现接触组的临床症状如呼吸道炎、牙齿损害、腰背及关节酸痛等症状与对照组相比,差异均有显著性;血磷在高工龄组降低,与对照组相比差异也有显著性;对骨骼的影响主要为骨膜的轻度增生;肺功能测定表明,接触组FEV_1/FVC(%)、V_(50)/HT、V_(25)/HT明显降低,与对照组相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),工龄大于15年与小于15年的相比,FEV_1/FVC(%)、V_(50)/HT、V_(25)/HT也有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 长期接触低浓度氟可对机体产生一定的影响,且随着工龄的增加,对机体的危害有增加之势。
Objective To understand the effects on workers body who chronically exposed to fluorine. Methods Investigated the healthy conditions of 73 workers of exposure to fluorine Results The clinical symptoms such as respiratory inflammation, impairment of tooth, back pain and arthralgia were significantly increased. The serum phosphorus level appeared to be significantly decreased in the workers with longer working - years than that with shorter working - years as well as that of controls. The X-ray examination on pelvis, radius and ulna showed mild periosteal proliferation. Pulmonary function tests showed that FEV1/FVC (%) 、 V50/HT、 V25/HT were significantly decreased in th e exposed workers (P<0.01) . The FEV1/FVC (%)、 V50/HT、 V25/HT of workers with seniority longer than 15 years were significantly decreased (P<0.05) . Conclusions The workers body may be impaired by chronic fluorine exposure.
