摘要 红小豆为自花授粉植物,开花前5小时已完成双受精作用。合子休眠期约一昼夜。花后一天,合子进行第一次不均等的横分裂;花后二天,形成3个细胞的原胚;花后三天,形成梨形胚;花后六天左右,形成大球形胚并开始组织分化;花后七天左右,可分化出胚茅、胚轴和胚根。从合子第一次分裂到器官分化基本完成约需12天左右。 Small Red Bean (Phseolus augularis p.),with the character of self- pollination,finished the double fertilization in five hours before flower- ing and the dormant time of zygote was about 24 hours.One day after flowering,the zygote started it's unequal transversal division for the first time.Proembryo with three ceils formed the next day and become peal- shaped on the third day.Six days after flowering an globose embryo can be seen and began it,tissue differentiation.Plumule,embryonal axis and radicle had been differentiated about seven days after blooming.It took about 12 days from the begining of zygote division to the end of organ differentiation.
