摘要
目的 :研究蛋白酶抑制剂及二价金属离子对CD2 6活性的影响。方法 :酶活性测定采用Egawa法。结果 :蛋白酶抑制剂中 ,DFP对CD2 6活性有很强的抑制作用 ,PMSF、AEBSF有较温和的抑制作用 ,EDTA、亮抑酶肽、抑胃酶肽无抑制作用。二价金属离子中 ,Zn2 +有强的抑制作用 ,Cu2 +、Hg2 +有较温和的抑制作用 ,Ca2 +、Mg2 +和Ba2 +没有抑制作用。结论 :CD2 6属丝氨酸蛋白酶家族 ,CD2
Objective: To determine the effects of various protease inhibitors and divalent cations on the activity of CD26 derived from porcine kidney. Method: Enzymatic activity was measured according to the method of Egawa.Results: CD26 activity was strongly inhibited by DFP and Zn 2+ , moderately by PMSF, AEBSF, Cu 2+ and Hg 2+ , not by EDTA, Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ and Ba 2+ .Conclusion: These findings indicate that CD26 derived from porcine kidney belongs to serine protease family and metal-binding region(s) on DPPIV molecule is important for the regulation of enzymatic activity.
