摘要
目的 研究头颈部恶性肿瘤10 3钯 ( 10 3Pd)粒子植入治疗效果 .方法 采用术中植入、CT引导、鼻窦镜下放置、经皮穿刺等方法放置 .植入总剂量每例 2 2 2 -4 44MBq .结果 近期观察疗效理想 .无感染、无急性放射性损伤、无粒子移位 .
Objective To evaluate the brachytherapy effectiveness of 103 Pd seeds in the head and neck malignant tumor therapy. Methods 222-444mBqs 103 Pd seeds were implanted in 5 head or neck malignant tumor patients through operation. CT guidance puncture or endoscope of nasal sinuses. Results The brachytherapy of 103 Pd seeds in malignant tumor can improve curative effect. No infection. acute radioactive lesion and seed migration could be observed. It also makes good the weakness of chemotherapy and routine out-radiotherapy. Conclusions The 103 Pd seeds can be safely used in brachytherapy of tumors which are low or midiam sensitive to radiontherapy.
