摘要
为了更好地选拔医院护理管理人才 ,笔者根据我国卫生改革与护理发展需要 ,结合人事管理制度改革现状 ,从医院护理工作实际出发 ,阐述了护理管理人才的概念 ,拟定了护理管理人才的基本条件 ,提出了在选聘过程中应坚持的四项基本原则和应注意的三个基本问题 。
In order to improve the selection of nursing administrative personnel in hospitals, based on the demand of both health reform and nursing development in our country, combined with the status quo of personnel management system reform and from the nursing work practice, the author set forth the conception of nursing administrative personnel and drew up the basic conditions for the nursing administrative personnel. The author also put forward four basic principals one should insist on and three problems one should pay attention to in the course of selection. It has provided hospitals with reference in the course of selecting nursing administrative personnel.
