摘要
目的:研究在正常范围内轴倾角及冠角的变化,上下牙大小不协调对的影响。方法:以模拟实验的方法制备TSD牙模进行人工排牙试验,研究多因素对PAR指数的影响。结果:实验结果显示,全牙比、前牙比两因素对无统计学意义上的影响(p≥0.05),全牙比在2sd范围内的患者群和全牙比超过2sd范围同时前牙比在2sd范围内的患者群,可以得到较小的PAR值。结论:上下牙大小不协调对的影响是有限的,特定范围TSD患者群,仍可取得较好的治疗效果。
Objective:The purposes of this experimental study are whether the tooth size discrepancy(TSD)always affects the final orthodontic treatment outcome under the account of the change of the inclination and angulation of the teeth inside normal.Methods:In cases with TSD can be made for the discrepancy.An attempt has been made to establish ideal setup situations to study the effect of multiplex element on PAR.Results:The analysis of statistically indicates no statistically significant difference bewteen overall?anterior tooth size ratios(p≥0.05).The analysis of statistically means that the patient bevy whose overall tooth size ratios inside 2sd and orerall tooth size ratios beyond 2sd with anterior tooth ratios inside 2sd can obtain less PAR score.Conclusion:The effect of TSD on occlusion appears to be limited.The differential TSD patient can obtain better effect.
