摘要
孕体是半非自己的同种异体移植物,妊娠时,母体对胎儿为什么不产生排斥?我们采用了酸性 a—醋酸酯酶(ANAE)反应标记淋巴细胞的细胞化学方法,观察了32例正常孕兔,并分早、中、晚三期和33例正常未孕成年兔作对照,对孕兔细脆免疫功能状态进行了探讨。结果表明:妊娠各期淋巴细胞百分率与未孕组差异不显著(P>0.05);妊娠各期淋巴细胞 ANAE 阳性率均下降,与未孕组有极显著性差异(P<0.01),临产期又有回升,与妊娠中期差异极显著(P<0.01)。此结果支持了妊娠期细脆免疫功能降低的学说。
Using cytochemical Acid L-Naphthay Acetate Esterase(ANAE)reac- tion method to mark lymphocytes,compare numeral change of ANAE(+) lymphocytes of 32 rabbits in early,middle and later different pregnant pe- riod with 33 nonpregnant rabbits.It showed that the percentage of ANAE(+)lymphocytes in the different pregnant rabbits was lower than nonpregnancy. The difference of two groups was statistically significant. The results support the hypothesis that the function of cell-mediated immunity is decreased during pregnancy.
