摘要
采用一种新的桥式压痕法对两种陶瓷材料的断裂韧性强度进行了测试,并予以评价,实验结果表明,桥式压痕法(日本式裂纹)不仅适用于硬金属材料的断裂韧性强度测量,同时也适用于氮化硅等脆性材料,与其它测量方法相比,桥式压痕法所测取的K_(10)值是可信的。
In this paper, a new methods for measuring fracturc toughness applied to two different ceramic materials showed that the bridge indentation method (Japanese Crack) is not only suitable for hardmetal fracture toughness measurement but also for silicon nitride materials. With comparison of other measuring methods, the value of fracture toughness strength factor Kic which is obtained by Bridge Indentation Method is the most credible.
