摘要
试验研究表明,泵系统瞬变过程中在断流处单独单向注水,或仅在系统末端设置升降式拍门,或同时进行单向注水和拍门操作,都可削减断流弥合升压,但削减压力的幅度不同:单独采用拍门注水,能更有效地削减A处断流弥合水锤压力(αA:0.44~0.6;0.35~0.42),且稳态初速越高,削峰比αA越大;而采用单向注水+拍门措施对削减系统首端的断流弥合水锤压力效果最好(αA:0.65~0.70),αA的大小与初速无关;单独用拍门系统膝部的削峰比最高(αB:0.92~0.97),初速大小不影响αB值;同时采取单向注水+拍门措施,在膝部却不及单独用拍门的削峰效果好(αB:0.8~0.86;0.92~0.97),同时αB不随稳态流速的改变而变化。
Experiments show water column separation accompanying transient flow at two points can be reduced by intercepting one-way water,or installing hoist-dropped board or adopting both of them but the range of presure reduction varies,intercept ing one-way water(α A :0.44~0.6;0.35~0.42);is more effective in reducing waterhammer at the head of system and the greater the initial velocity is,the bigger the crest-cut ratio is.The most effective method in controling the waterhammer at the head is by intercepting one-way water&board at the same time(α A :0.65~0.70).There is no relationship be-tweenα A and the initial velocity.The crest-cut ratio is the biggest at the knees by adopting board only(α B :0.92~0.97)and the initial velocity has not any impact onα B .It Intercepting one-way water at the knees is less effective than by using board only(α B :0.8~0.86;0.96~0.97)and similarly there is no impact betweenα B and the initial velocity.
