摘要
系统地研究了培养基中盐胁迫对番茄种子萌发、幼苗生长状况及根尖微核率等的影响 ,结果表明 ,低盐浓度 (0 %~ 0 .2 % )条件对番茄种子萌发、幼苗生长及根尖微核率影响不大 ,但盐浓度从 0 .3%开始无论是对种子萌发或幼苗生长状况 ,还是根尖微核率 ,都有明显影响。同时发现根尖微核率的变化趋势与平均侧根数的变化趋势呈正相关。
The effects of salt stress on seed germination, seedling growth and micronuclei rate of tomato on media were studied .The results showed that the seed germination, seedling growth and micronuclei rate were not affected obviously at salt concentration of 0%~0.2%. But when the concentration of NaCl was increased to 0.3%, the seed germination, seedling growth and micronuclei rate were obviously affected. And there were positive correlations between the micronuclei rate and the average lateral roots.
