摘要
目的探讨公开量化考核在手术室管理中的作用。方法采取逐级考核和综合评议的方法 ,从 10个方面对手术室 18名护士在量化管理前后分别进行了 90人次和 2 12人次量化考核 ,同期分别对 82例、118例手术病人和5 6人次、10 0人次手术医生进行满意度调查。结果实施量化考核后护士综合素质、手术病人和手术医生对手术室工作的满意度明显提高 ,量化考核前后比较 ,均 P<0 .0 5 ,差异有显著性意义。结论公开量化考核体现了按劳分配 ,绩效优先 ,公平、公正的原则 ,规范了护理行为 ,激发了护士的学习热情 ,从而提高了护理质量 。
Objective To investigate the application of a publicized quantification based assessment system in the evaluation of nurses' overall abilities in the operating room. Methods By using the methods of step by step cheekup and comprehensive evaluation, 90 person times and 212 person times quantification based assessment from 10 perspectives in 18 nurses from the operating room were performed before and after quantification based assessment erspectively. Simultaneously, surveys on nursing quality were conducted among 82 patients and 56 doctors (during old system period) and 118 patients and 100 doctors (with the new system) respectively. Results Satisfaction rate of the surveys was increased obviously and nursing quality in operating room improved. Conclusion The publicized quantification based assessment system embodies the fair principle of more pay for more labor with priority of efficiency so as to increase the sense of achievement and self value among the nurses. Therefore operating nurses have been stimulated to further upgrade their professional skills with the increasing demand of nursing quality.
