摘要
追踪近 2 0余年来关于中西医结合的途径与方法 ;论述了中医在医学史上的特殊地位 ,以及现代医学模式对中医“自然整体医学模式”的挑战 ;在中西医结合研究中主张“拿来主义” ,即把现代医学关于“病理过程”的研究成果拿来 ,作为中医的“证”所由产生的内在根据 ;提出了一个新的医学命题 ,即“证与病理过程相关” ;将中西医结合进程设想为“并轨”、“入网”及“定位”3个步骤。
This article has followed the trail of the ways and means of combining Tranditional Chinese medicine with West medicine for recent 20 years.It also expounds a special position of tranditional Chinese medicine in the history of medicine and the challenge of the modern medicine′s models to the 'natural holistic medicine′s models'.In the process of their research work we stand for 'immigration'i.e.we use the achievements of studying'pathological process' in field of modern medicine for an internal basis,from which comes our'ZHENG'.Now a new topic has been put forward i.e.'ZHENG and its relation with pathological process'.In course of our work we can assume three steps--'Parallel connecting','Being netted' and 'Positionning'.
