摘要
样品经稀盐酸加热浸提 ,采用离子选择电极测定饲料中氟含量 ;同时对 TISAB用量、加热温度、时间及分析方法作了优化选择和比较 ,结果满意 .
Ion selective elecetrode was successfully employed to determine concentration of fluoride in feeds. A heated acidic-extraction for sample preparation is proposed and applied instead of room-temperature extraction. We have optimized simultaneously TISAB consuming, heating temperature and time, and made an optimized choice with comparison between pretreatment methods.
