摘要 对甘蔗不同芽位腋芽内的内源激素进行测定 ,结果表明 :不同芽位间 ,内源激素呈有规律变化。 IAA呈“U”型曲线变化 ,CTK、GA1+3含量随芽位下降而降低 ,ABA含量则随芽位下降而升高。 Studies on the endogenous hormones in the different auxiliary buds of sugarcane were reported in this paper. It was showed that the change of the endogenous hormones was proved to be regular from the top to the lower buds and IAA with the U-shaped curve. The content of CTK, GA 1+3 reduced from the top to the lower buds, but increased with the ABA. The ratio of IAA/CTK, the content of ABA are less in the top buds than that in the lower buds. The contents of endogenous hormones in different bud nodes were significantly different.
