摘要
本研究应用B淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术,建立了能持续稳地分泌豚鼠IgG1 McAb的杂交瘤细胞株NB_(11)B_6和NB_(11)N_3。两株细胞分泌的单克隆抗体(MeAb)经间接血凝检测效价均达到1:12400以上,本McAb经检测属小鼠IgG_1亚类。该杂交瘤细胞株染色体的数目为93.12±12.3和103.25±11.2对,经半年的冻存与复苏分泌McAb性能稳定。
The cellular clones NB11B6 and NB11B3,that can steadily secret Monoclonal Antibodies(McAbs) to guinea-pig IgG 1 were established with B lymp-hocytic hybridoma technique the titers of the McAbs reached to over 1:12400 with the indirect hemoagglutinaton test and the McAbs can be identified as IgG 1 subsets of mice. The chromosome number of the hybcidoma cellular clones were 93.12±12.3 and 103.25±11.2 pairs respcctively.It is found that the hybridoma cellular clones could still secret McAbs steadily, after preserved in liquid nitrogen for half a year.
