卵巢储备能力的预测 被引量:15

摘要 检测卵巢储备能力能预测不孕症治疗过程中卵巢的反应情况及妊娠结局。为评价卵巢储备能力 ,现有的检查方法有测定基础FSH ,E2 ,inhibin B水平 ,FSH :LH比值 ,早卵泡期卵巢基质血流 ,窦卵泡计数 ,克罗米酚刺激试验和FSH、GnRHa刺激试验。这些检查的结果在评价卵巢储备能力中均具有重要意义。如果结果异常 ,应当告知患者其怀孕的机率 ,并结合患者的具体情况 ,由医生和患者共同商议做出选择。
