摘要
目的 :测定不同来源葛根及同属植物根中多糖的含量 ,为葛根的质量评价及资源利用提供科学依据。方法 :采用苯酚 -浓硫酸反应后分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果和结论 :不同种葛及同种葛不同产地的多糖含量差异较大 ,以粉葛的含量最高 。
OBJECTIVE: To determine polysaccharide contents in Pueraria root and other plants of Pueraria DC. from China. METHODS: Polysaccharide in Gegen was determined by UV spectrophotometer at 490 nm, with phenol concentrated sulfuric acid as the color developer. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: The contents of polysaccharide in 21 samples of Pueraria root differed greatly, that in Pueraria thomsonii was the highest, and that in P. lobata grew in southern were higher than that grew in northern.
