摘要
隔膜电化学法氢化L 胱氨酸 ,分别选用了乙酸 (a)和盐酸 (c)、硫酸 (s)作供质子剂。讨论了供质子剂及其当量浓度 (cn)与L 胱氨酸收得率 (Y % )的关系 ,供质子剂当量浓度 (cn)在 0 . 3mol·l-1以下 ,不同的供质子剂 ,产物的最高收率有Ya >Ys >Yc的关系。乙酸当量浓度 (cn)合适范围在 0 . 0 3~ 0 .
L Cystine is reducted by electrochemistry with the cation exchange membrane for synthesizing L cysteine monohydrochlorde,acetic acid,sulphoric acid,and chlorhydric acid have been employed respectively as proton donor .This treatise has discussed relations between proton donor,equivalent concentration (c n)of proton donor and yield (Y%) of the L cysteine monohydrochloride.Equivalent concentration (c n) proton donor is below 0.3 mol·l -1 ,different kinds of proton donor,the relations between them are Ya>Ys>Yc in the highest yield of product .Equivalent concentration of acetic acid appropriate range from 0.03 mol·l -1 to 0.3 mol·l -1 .
