缺氧缺血性脑损伤的发病机制研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 缺氧缺血性脑病的发病机制复杂 ,能量代谢障碍、细胞内钙超载、兴奋性氨基酸的神经毒、NO和氧自由基的损伤以及细胞凋亡等共同参与缺氧缺血性脑损伤的病理生理过程。深入研究脑损伤的发病机制 ,对于选择合适的干预措施、减轻脑损伤后遗症具有重要意义。
