摘要
本文研究了L-白氨酸、L-谷氨酸甲酯和L-谷氨酸共聚物的侧链羧基含量对其表面性质和抗凝血性能的影响。结果表明,随着羧基含量增加,共聚物的表面张力和表面自由能均呈上升趋势。血小板粘附试验和全血凝血时间测定证实,该共聚物有较好的抗凝血性,其抗凝能力高于聚二甲基硅氧烷。
A serials of poly α-aminoacid withvarying composition of L-leucine,γ-methyl L-glutamate,γ-benzylL-glutamate and L-glutamic acidwere studied. The chemical structureand surface properties of the sampleswere examined by infrared spectro-photometry and contact anglemeasurement. The antithrombogeni-sity was evaluated by platelet adhe-ssion test and whole blood clottingtime test (Lee and White). The α- amino acid copolymers with α-helixconfiguration similar to naturalproteins are more antithrombogenicmaterials. As glutamic acid content(mole percent) in copolymers wasincreased, the critical surface ten-sion and the surface free energy wereincreased, which led to poor anti-thrombogenicity, whereas the nega-tive charges and water content onthe copolymer surfaces were increa-sed with good antithrombogenicity.In the copolymer with glutamic acid25 mole % (PLMGG-25)an optimumbalance between the hydrophilic andhydrophobic side groups was found,and its antithrombogenicity wasbetter than that of others.
