摘要
枸杞叶是中国传统使用的滋养药物 ,应用高效液相色谱从枸杞叶中分离和制备了5个黄酮类化合物 ,经光谱分析分别是5 ,7 ,3′_三羟基_6 ,4′ ,5′_三甲氧基黄酮 (1) ,金合欢素 (2) ,金合欢素_7_O_α_L_鼠李糖基 (1→6)_β_D_葡萄糖苷 (3) ,木犀草素 (4) ,槲皮素_3_O_α_L_鼠李糖基 (1→6)_β_D_葡萄糖苷 (芦丁 ) (5);并以槲皮素为内标测定了它们在枸杞叶中的含量 ,用油脂氧化酸败测定仪测定了它们的抗氧化活性 。
The lycium chinense leaf is a Chinese traditional drug used as a nutriment. Five flavones were isolated and collected from leaves of lycium chinense by high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral analyses. They were 5,7,3′ _ trihydroxy _ 6,4′,5′ _ trimethoxy _ flavone(1), acacetin(2), acacetin _ 7 _ O _ α _ L _ rhamnosyl _ (1→6) _ β _ D _ glucoside(3), luteolin(4), quercetin _ O _ α _ L _ rhamnosyl _ (1→6) _β _ D _ glucoside(rutin)(5)and their contents were determined by HPLC with quercetin as an internal standard. Their antioxidant activities were determined in a rancidity analyzer and the results showed that luteolin was an active natural antioxidant .
