Weak Gel RNJ-L as Flooding Fluid for Indepth Permeability Control in Low Temperature Reservoirs

摘要 定义储能模量G′值 >0 .1Pa而≤ 1.0Pa的凝胶为弱凝胶 ,以G′值代表弱凝胶的强度。稳定的弱凝胶的G′值在角频率 0 .0 3— 2 .0rad/s范围内基本不变。详尽介绍了可用于 2 0 - 5 0℃低温油藏调驱的聚合物水基弱凝胶RNJ L的形成、配方和性能。在 30— 40℃ ,pH值 6— 8条件下 ,用矿化度 <10 0 0 0mg/L的水配制的 30 0— 12 0 0mg/LHPAM(M >5 .0× 10 6)、30 0— 5 0 0mg/L酚醛复合体RE(交联剂 )、5 0— 75 0mg/L交联助剂AN水溶液均能形成稳定的弱凝胶。成胶时间随AN、RE及HPAM浓度的增加而减小 ,弱凝胶强度 (模量G′)随HPAM浓度的增加而增大 ,随RE和AN浓度的增加通过极大值。RNJ L的成胶时间 (几小时到几天 )的控制可通过组分浓度的变化而不必借助pH值的调节。成胶温度超过 5 0℃时弱凝胶的G′值下降。在 30℃和 45℃下进行的长期稳定性测试结果表明 ,所测定的溶液成胶时间是初凝时间 ,完成凝胶化反应需要 3— 7天 ,G′值达到最高值约需要 30天 ,RNJ L弱凝胶可稳定存在至少 1年。 The gels with storage module of elasticity G′ >0.1 Pa and ≤1.0 Pa are considered as weak gels and G′ value is taken as characteristic of their strength, being practically constant in angular frequency range 0.03-2.0 rad/s. The formation, formulation, and performance properties of weak polymer hydrogel RNJ L are investigated comprehensively as flooding fluid for indepth permeability control in low temperature reservoirs of 20-50℃. It is shown that stable weak gels can be formed at 30-40℃ from aqueous solutions containing 300-1 200 mg/L HPAM of M>5.0×10 6, 300-500 mg/L phenol/formaldehyde precondensate RE(crosslinker),and 50-750 mg/L crosslinking promotor AN and prepared in water of salinity <10 000 mg/L and pH 6-8. The gelation time of these solutions shortens with increasing HPAM, RE, and AN concentrations; the gel strength ( G′ value) increases with increasing HPAM concentration and goes through a maximum with increasing RE or AN concentrations. The gelation time of weak gel RNJ L can be controlled in range from several hours to few days by varying concentration(s) of component(s) other than by solution pH value adjusting. The G′ value lowers when gelating temperature >50℃. The results of long term stability tests at 30℃ and 45℃ show that the gelation time determined appears to be the starting time of gelation, the gelation reaction is completed in 3-7 days, the G′ value reaches its maximum in some 30 days and RNJ L maintains stable no less than 1 year.
