摘要
本文研究了热处理对Tb0 2 7Dy0 73Fe2 薄膜磁性及巨磁致伸缩性能的影响。XRD分析表明制备态的Tb0 2 7Dy0 73Fe2 薄膜为非晶态 ,并且在 4 5 0℃退火仍然保持非晶态 ,制备态的Tb0 2 7Dy0 73Fe2 薄膜显示垂直磁各向异性 ,在退火后向平行磁各向异性变化。热处理提高了Tb0 2 7Dy0 73Fe2 薄膜在低磁场下的磁致伸缩特性。
Effects of annealing on the magnetic and giant magnetostriction properties of Tb 0 27 Dy 0 73 Fe 2 films are investigated.X-ray diffraction shows in the as-deposited state films microstructure are amorphous,and the amorphous state is stable at annealed at 450℃.the as-deposited films shows perpendicular anistropy and annealed films incline to shows in-plane anistropy.the magnetostriction of Tb 0 27 Dy 0 73 Fe 2 films in low field is improved after annealing.
