摘要
目的 探讨魔芋葡甘聚糖治疗糖尿病的作用机制。方法 观察魔芋葡甘聚糖对四氧嘧啶实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖水平以及脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量和抗氧自由基酶类活性的影响。对正常对照组、糖尿病对照组和喂饲魔芋葡甘聚糖组大鼠体内的上述指标进行检测。结果 魔芋葡甘聚糖组大鼠血糖水平明显低于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;血浆、胰腺和肌肉LPO含量显著低于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性在肝、胰腺和肌肉内明显高于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;红细胞、肝和肌肉内的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -Px)活性明显高于糖尿病对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 魔芋葡甘聚糖具有降低实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖的作用 。
Objective To explore the therapeutic mechanism of glucomanan in treating diabetes mellitus.Methods Effect of glucomanan on blood glucose,lipid peroxide (LPO),Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutatnione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were observed in rats of normal control group (Group A),diabetes control group (Group B),and glucomanan treated diabetes group (Group C).Results Blood glucose level of Group C was significantly lower than that of Group B( P <0.01),but was still higher than that of Group A.LPO level in plasma,pancreas and muscle of Group C was obviously lower than that of Group B( P <0.05)and was similar to that of Group A.SOD activity in liver,pancreas and muscle of Group C was significantly higher than that of Group B( P <0.05),while SOD activity in erythrocytes and pancreas of Group B was lower than that of Group A . GSH-Px activity in exythrocytes and muscle of Group B was lower than that of Group A ,and GSH- P x in erythrocytes,liver and muscle of group C was significantly higher than that of Group B( P <0.05).Conclusion Glucomanan has hypoglycemic effect on alloxan-induced diabetes in rats,the mechanism of which may be related to its effect of elevating activity of anti-oxygen free radical enzyme and protecting tissues from damage of peroxidation.
