银杏叶中银杏萜内酯的高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离-质谱分析 被引量:24

摘要 目的:用高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离-质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS)法对银杏叶中银杏萜内酯进行分析。方法:利用LC-ESI-MS法对银杏叶样品进行了初步研究。液相色谱条件为色谱柱:Inertsil ODS 3,流动相:甲醇-水(36:64),流速1mL·min^(-);质谱为ZMD Micromass电喷雾质谱仪。结果:得到了样品总离子流和选择离子流图,及相应色谱峰的ESI-MS质谱图,对其进行了解析,鉴别出白果内酯及银杏内酯A、B、C、J。结论:本方法快捷、简单和准确。 Objective: To study ginkgo terpene lactones in Ginkgo biloba L. leaves. Method: Analysis of ginkgo sample was done by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) - electrospray ionization (ESI) - mass spectrometer (MS). The separation was performed on Inertsil ODS 3 column with methanol - water (36: 64) as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 . The spectrometer was ZMD Micromass electrospray ionization (ESI) -mass spectrometer (MS). Results: The total ion current and selected ion current of the sample and ESI - MS mass spectrum of each chromatographic peak were obtained, and resolution of these mass spectra was elucidated. So bilob-alide, ginkgolide A, B, C and J in Ginkgo biloba L. leaves were identified. Conclusion: The method is easy and rapid, with good accuracy.
